1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TextImg at textimg.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TextImg is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create images using a multi-layer canvas. No registration is required. The Service provides the following features:

  • Text layers with fonts, effects (outline, shadow, glitch, gradient, neon, pixel), rotation, and alignment
  • Dot (pixel art) layers with per-layer adjustable grid
  • Emoji / stamp layers
  • Image layers (uploaded from your device, processed entirely in-browser)
  • Custom font upload (.ttf, .otf, .woff, .woff2), processed entirely in-browser
  • Background color, gradient, and transparency settings
  • Export as PNG, JPEG, or WebP
  • 5000 Choyen mode (relies on a third-party API)

3. Permitted Use

You may use TextImg for personal, commercial, or educational purposes. Images created with TextImg are yours to use freely. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Upload files containing malicious code or content that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Use automated tools to make excessive requests to the Service

4. User-Uploaded Content

Files you upload (images, fonts) are processed entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any files you upload. We accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from user-uploaded content.

5. Intellectual Property

The TextImg application, its design, and underlying code are the property of the TextImg operator. You retain all rights to the images you create using the Service. Web fonts served via Google Fonts are subject to their respective licenses (SIL Open Font License).

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates the following third-party services:

  • 5000 Choyen API (gsapi.cbrx.io) — text entered in 5000 Choyen mode is sent to this external service to generate the image
  • Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN; subject to Google's Terms of Service
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics
  • Google AdSense — advertisement delivery

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TextImg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextImg and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements. Ad-related complaints should be directed to Google.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

textimg.net にアクセスまたは本サービスを利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意されない場合は本サービスをご利用いただけません。

2. サービスの概要

TextImgは、複数レイヤーのキャンバスで画像を作成できる無料のブラウザベースのツールです。アカウント登録不要でご利用いただけます。以下の機能を提供します：

  • テキストレイヤー（フォント・エフェクト（アウトライン・シャドウ・グリッチ・グラデーション・ネオン・ピクセル）・回転・配置）
  • ドット（ピクセルアート）レイヤー（レイヤーごとのグリッドサイズ設定）
  • 絵文字・スタンプレイヤー
  • 画像レイヤー（デバイスからアップロード、ブラウザ内のみで処理）
  • カスタムフォントのアップロード（.ttf / .otf / .woff / .woff2、ブラウザ内のみで処理）
  • 背景色・グラデーション・透過設定
  • PNG・JPEG・WebP形式での書き出し
  • 5000兆円モード（外部APIを使用）

3. 利用条件

個人・商用・教育目的を問わず無料でご利用いただけます。作成した画像はご自由にお使いいただけます。ただし、以下の行為を禁止します：

  • 違法・誹謗中傷・第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの作成
  • 悪意あるコードや法令に違反するファイルのアップロード
  • サービスのリバースエンジニアリング・スクレイピング・過負荷をかける行為
  • 自動化ツールによる過剰なリクエスト送信

4. アップロードコンテンツについて

アップロードした画像・フォントファイルはすべてブラウザ内のみで処理され、当サービスのサーバーには送信されません。アップロードするファイルの利用権限を有することはユーザー自身の責任です。ユーザーがアップロードしたコンテンツに起因する著作権侵害について、当サービスは責任を負いません。

5. 知的財産権

TextImgのアプリケーション・デザイン・コードの権利はTextImg運営者に帰属します。本サービスを使用して作成した画像の権利はユーザーに帰属します。Google Fontsで提供されるウェブフォントはSIL Open Font Licenseなど各フォントのライセンスに従います。

6. 外部サービス

本サービスは以下の外部サービスを利用しています：

  • 5000兆円API（gsapi.cbrx.io）— 5000兆円モードで入力したテキストは画像生成のため外部サービスに送信されます
  • Google Fonts — フォントはGoogleのCDNから読み込まれます。Google利用規約が適用されます
  • Google Analytics — アクセス解析
  • Google AdSense — 広告配信

外部サービスの可用性・コンテンツ・プライバシー方針について当サービスは責任を負いません。

7. 免責事項

本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。中断のない動作や完全な正確性は保証しません。本サービスの利用はユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。

8. 責任の制限

法律が許容する最大限の範囲で、TextImg運営者は本サービスの利用から生じる間接的・偶発的・結果的損害に対して責任を負いません。

9. 広告について

本サービスではGoogle AdSenseによる広告を表示しています。広告内容について当サービスは責任を負いません。広告に関するご意見はGoogleへお問い合わせください。

10. 規約の変更

本規約はいつでも変更される場合があります。変更後も本サービスを継続してご利用いただいた場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。

11. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
